April 2008 At the CHBA Annual Conference in Whistler, B.C., Lorraine Stratton was named Executive Officer of the Year, for leadership, dedication and contribution at the Provincial and Local Association levels; PKHBA President Paul Dietrich received the Rooftopper of the Year Award for recruiting the most members. Mr. Dietrich also received an Award of Honour for outstanding accomplishment at the local level of the Association. As well, PKHBA was presented a Membership Retention Award for its over 90% member retention rate.

October 10, 2007 Peterborough & The Kawarthas Home Builders Association (PKHBA) presented a cheque for $12,500 to Greg Mather, Executive Director of Fleming College Foundation, and Lucy Ellen Kanary, Dean of Fleming’s School of Continuing Education and Skilled Trades.
